Registration: Event registration is free for all ITMA Club charter members, so if you belong to a club listed below, please follow this link to fill out the registration form:

If you are not a member of one of the above clubs, you will need to buy a membership with whichever club suits your location and interests. The following are links to every clubs website, should you need to register.

Purchases:

 Dinner Tickets: $25

  • Dinner pre-purchase cut off will be July 1st. Any extra will be 1st come, 1st serve.

Dinner will be provided by Big K BBQ, and will be served at 6pm on Saturday July 18th.

Choose between Pulled Pork or Smoked Brisket with sides of Mac & Cheese, BBQ Baked Beans, Green Salad, Dinner Rolls with honey butter, and Cobblers for desert. 


Raffle Tickets:

  • 6 tickets for $5
  • 30 tickets for $20

Itinerary:

Thursday July 16th:

  • Registration/Information booth open 8am-10am and 5pm-7pm
  • Please follow signs to registration booth upon arrival.
  • ITMA Annual Meeting @ 6pm

Friday July 17th:

  • Registration/Information booth open 8am-10am and 5pm-7pm
  • Please follow signs to registration booth upon arrival.
  • Games
  • Live music provided by Almost Famous Band from 7pm - 9pm

Saturday July 18th:

  • Registration/Information booth open 8am-10am
  • Please follow signs to registration booth upon arrival.
  • Dinner provided by Big K BBQ @ 6pm
  • Raffle (prizes and bike) will begin after dinner

Registration/Information Booth:

  • Check in at the registration booth upon arrival for camp information.
  • We will have maps available. As well as informed people staffing the booth to help with finding routes for single track, ADV, & ATV.
  • Pick up pre-ordered items
  • Purchase raffle tickets

Things to know:

  • This will be dry camping.
  • We will have a dumpster and porta-potties.
  • Please make sure to clean up after your self, before you head out, check your camp spot and make sure nothing gets left behind.
  • Everyone should be packed up and headed out by Monday, July 20th

Come join us for a mid-week to weekend of trail riding, live music on Friday evening, and a catered dinner on Saturday night.
